| A deposit must be submitted
to MetaFindz in advance of initial advertising
date. By submitting advertising for inclusion
on MetaFindz, advertiser/agency agrees
to be bound by the terms of this contract.
No conditions other than those set forth herein
shall be binding on MetaFindz. This contract
supersedes any previous agreements between
MetaFindz and advertiser/agency relating
to the subject matter set forth herein. MetaFindz's
only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder
shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser
described herein, and in no event shall MetaFindz
be obligated to serve advertisements for any
other advertiser. |

| All searches MUST originate
from either our home page (with your referral
ID), our portal page uploaded to your website
or from one of our searchboxes located on
your website. No other form of searches are
acceptable. Non compliance will result in
immediate termination of your account. All
affiliates personal information must be filled
out completely to receive payment. If any
affiliates personal information is false or
is not filled out completely you will not
receive payment. Non-compliance with these
terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture
of all monies owed and permanent locking of
account. All personal information must
be filled out in its entirety. Any
false or missing information will result in
termination of said account and forfeiture
of all monies owed. MetaFindz reserves
at their sole discretion to terminate any
members account that is thought to have violated
any of these terms within this agreement.
Any of the above terminations can be carried
out without prior notice. MetaFindz shall
have the right, in its sole discretion, to
determine whether Click-thrus are fraudulent
or derived from improper use of the Search
Box(es). All decisions by MetaFindz are
final. |

Right To Terminate
|

Metafindz reserves the
right to terminate any account for any of the following
reasons:
Metafindz has rights to terminate any account, if found
sending artificial traffic, generated through hit bots,
proxy server, auto search scripts, and by incentivizing
surfers or inactive for more then 15 days
Metafindz has rights to terminate account if found affiliate
is targeting specific keywords. All affiliates personal
information must be filled out completely to receive payment.
If any affiliates personal information is false or is
not filled out completely will be deactivated.
All Traffic should be originated from your own website
using our search box, portal page. Affiliates website
should be written in English. Non compliance will result
in immediate termination of affiliates account with all
money owed. |

Responsibility
of Members |
| |
Everyone who sign's
with us as a partner must follow the rules: Visitors must
come through the Search Box or through result page (xml
feed) No incentive searches or clicks are allowed. Incentive
clicks are cause for immediate termination. All foreign
traffic from partner's to US advertisers will be ignored.
If partner sends too much foreign traffic we'll terminate
partners account. Foreign traffic from the following countries
to US advertisers will be ignored: |

Payments

We pay on net 30-45
day basis with minimum payout $25, we also pay a $10 one
time referral commission as soon referral reaches $100
with their own traffic, We reserve the right to cancel
payment if we found affiliates sending artificial traffic. |

Affiliates
Information |
| |
Company require from
each affiliate to submitt correct address with valid phone
number. Any Affiliate who ignore this and submit fake
address, email and/or phone number or will leave blank
their account will be cancelled. |

MODIFICATIONS
TO THE SERVICE |
| |
Company reserves the
right to change these general practices, rules and limits
at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice. |

Limitation
of Liability |
| |
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
mitgo
will be BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, indirect
damanges. We reserve the right to change the terms and
condition. |
